Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to drive AI-powered, omnichannel commerce architecture across Digital, Stores, Supply Chain, and Fulfillment. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and scale cloud-native patterns, integrate AI/ML services, and enable real-time decisioning for Personalized customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of architecture experience with 5+ years in commerce/omnichannel large-scale transformation.
• Experience with headless commerce platforms and digital experience ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Champion Agentic Commerce patterns and AI-driven fulfillment orchestration.
• Design AI-augmented experiences with personalization and autonomous workflows.
• Integrate commerce ecosystems with real-time decision engines and data platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to deploy AI across customer lifecycle.
• Define scalable architectural principles for AI/ML use cases and cloud-native platforms.
• Lead governance for AI-based and connected commerce initiatives.
