Job summary

Broadcom seeks a Principal AI Development Engineer to lead and architect our AI transformation across hardware and software divisions.

You will own end-to-end delivery of agentic systems, bridging Fullstack development with cutting-edge Generative AI. Expect deep collaboration, architecture reviews, and mentorship while guiding scalable AI initiatives across Broadcom’s IT and design engineering units.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Software Engineering experience with leading large-scale projects.
• Expert-level experience building agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and orchestration.
• Deep Fullstack expertise with Python and modern enterprise languages.
• Expert knowledge of vector databases and scalable architecture.
• Proficient deployment and ops using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own high-impact AI initiatives from conception to production.
• Translate engineering challenges into agentic solutions across business units.
• Define long-term AI orchestration roadmap (LangGraph focus).
• Bridge production-grade Fullstack development with AI logic at scale.
• Mentor senior staff and conduct formal design reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to optimize AI model deployment and vector DBs in Kubernetes.
• Communicate AI roadmaps and project status to technical and executive stakeholders.
