Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking an Agentic AI Principal to act as a senior technical authority and trusted advisor for complex agentic AI transformation across Germany, the Netherlands and the broader DACH region. You will shape enterprise AI strategy, define architectures and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value while ensuring governance and compliance in regulated environments.

You will start with a small senior team and scale it through technical depth, delivery

• Proven ability to lead C-suite engagements and advise on business and technical choices.
• Experience delivering complex GenAI/agentic AI solutions at scale.
• Knowledge of governance, safeguards and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise AI strategy and architecture for multi-country clients in the DACH region.
• Drive complex pursuits, frame business outcomes and define delivery approaches.
