Job summary

You will develop discipline-specific processes, manuals, training, and collaborate with DPTOs to elevate technical excellence across sectors. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, travel ~25%, and ability to work with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM and 2 years of related engineering experience, or Masters with 0 years.
• Experience in Vehicle Structures program execution within an integrated product team.
• Experience with Vehicle Structures methods, tools, standards, and processes.
• Ability to travel ~25% and obtain Special Program Access (PAR).

Responsibilities

• Support strategic vision, operations and technical priorities for Vehicle Structures.
• Develop processes, tools and training content with DPTOs to strengthen technical excellence.
• Collaborate with NG Fellows to advance Sector- and Enterprise-wide technologies.
• Maintain Vehicle Structures PrOP, PAL manuals, and Nimbus Process Models with program teams.
