Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer Aeronautical – Vehicle Structures Integration to support the Vehicle Structures discipline within the Center of Technical Excellence (CoTE). You will help develop processes, manuals, and training to elevate technical excellence and ensure compliance across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field with related engineering experience.
• Experience in Vehicle Structures program execution within an integrated product team environment.
• Experience with Vehicle Structures methods, tools, standards, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic vision, operations and technical priorities for Vehicle Structures.
• Develop and maintain PrOP, PAL manuals, and Nimbus Process Models with program teams.
• Collaborate with NG Fellows to advance technologies and workforce capabilities.
• Ensure discipline processes and training promote technical excellence and compliance.
