Qualifications

• Must have a STEM bachelor’s degree and relevant experience as described in the ad.
• Advanced degrees or DoD/SAO clearances are beneficial and listed in the qualifications.
• Experience with DOORS and system engineering artifacts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, test, and evaluate systems
• Perform trade studies, analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical docs
• Participate in Agile development, including release and sprint planning
• Work with systems, software, and specialty engineers to develop solutions
• Prepare technical presentations for management and stakeholders
• Review test plans and support system integration and testing of complex systems
• Address interface issues between software and hardware components
• Collaborate with SW/infrastructure teams to improve capabilities
• Develop subsystem requirements and MBSE docs (ICDs, SRS/HRS, VCRM)
• Contribute to architecture/design of HW/SW systems with traceability
• Assist in interface document development and formal reviews
