Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years of experience; Master's with 3+ years; PhD with no experience.
• Active US Government Secret or higher clearance.
• Experience leading others.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Experience interpreting component drawings, specifications, installation drawings, and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develops ICDs, creates layouts, machined parts, sheet metal details, and installs system equipment (LRU).
• Leads design reviews with key stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements.
• Collaborates with inter-department vehicle sub-system teams and manufacturing.
• Mentors others and works in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Attends internal program, customer and supplier technical exchanges and milestone reviews.
