Job summary

TeamSnap is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Ads to reimagine and build an advertising solution for the next generation of our platform. You will own the product side of the ad platform end to end, partnering with Design, Engineering, and Ad Sales to deliver native experiences, measurement, and packaging for advertisers.

You will lead the serving/targeting stack, build a robust measurement foundation, and ensure privacy/compliance while driving revenue and user experience.

Qualifications

7-10 years in product management, with publisher/ad ecosystem experience.
Experience launching or scaling ad products in consumer apps (iOS/Android).
Deep technical fluency with ad stack and targeting.

Responsibilities

Own the advertising product roadmap end to end, from formats to measurement.
Design and launch native, integrated ad experiences with Product Design.
Own serving and targeting stack, including ad server, trafficking, and private marketplace deals.
Build measurement foundation with impressions, viewability, and analytics.
Ensure privacy/compliance in ad targeting and data usage.
