You will own the modeling lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovations in predictive analytics within a hybrid engineering environment.

Qualifications

• FCAS is required and senior-level pricing experience in personal lines.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end pricing model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with regulatory filings and modeling governance.
• Mentorship of junior data scientists and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of personal lines products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Manage filing schedules for aligned products and respond to regulatory objections.
• Prepare predictive analytics analyses and modeling deliverables for internal and external audiences.
• Present modeling results to customers and management as needed.
• Tackle loosely defined problems with creative analytics approaches to drive profitability.
• Prepare data, identify anomalies, and document assumptions and alternatives.
• Contribute to best practices and new techniques in modeling with internal/external partners.
• Explain complex analytics in business-friendly language and relate solutions to customer needs.
• Schedule and prioritize workload; maintain strong organization; perform peer reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.
