Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics with Acquisition focus to partner with senior leaders across Homes and Marketing to drive host supply growth and profitability.

You will own funnel performance translation, vendor economics, and marketing efficiency, leading recommendations rather than just analysis, with a strong emphasis on executive communication and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

10+ years in an analytical role with ownership of recommendations.
Strong financial modeling and large dataset interrogation ability with SQL.
Experience translating data into decisions for senior leaders.
Excellent executive communication and ability to defend assumptions.
High ownership and judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation Performance Management: forecast, goal setting, and exec reporting for lead generation.
Full-Funnel Analytics: analyze conversion and vendor productivity to identify improvement areas.
Sales Operations Design: optimize operations across in-house and vendor channels.
Marketing Investment Allocation: assess efficiency and reallocate where needed.
Executive Communication: synthesize analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
