Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Everbrook Principal to lead a premier child care program. This role ensures safety, staff supervision, and delivery of quality early education, while promoting the Everbrook brand within the community.

The position requires Director qualifications, a relevant degree, and supervisory experience. It offers competitive compensation and benefits in a full-time, on-site role at our Minnesota center.

Qualifications

• Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; assist with curriculum implementation, coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting positive partnerships within the community.
• Be ready to connect! Drive enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the child care industry using grassroots marketing, community outreach, and local partnerships.
• Be an innovator! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things daily in a caring, educational environment.

The +1 Principal assists in the creation and representation of Everbrook as a premier child care brand, which reflects high business and professional standards. The Principal is responsible for all aspects of effective school operations, ensuring the safety of the children, supervising the school staff, and managing delivery of quality early education programming.

As an Everbrook Principal, you will:

Job Requirements:

• Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations.


• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.


• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $62,000/starting salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
