Job summary

Everbrook Academy in Ann Arbor is seeking an experienced Principal to lead a premier child care program. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality early education, and uphold high standards in operations.

As Director qualified by state licensing, with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and 1-2 years of supervisory experience, you will drive enrollment, partner with the community, and recruit and retain top team members.

Qualifications

• Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans, and assist with curriculum implementation.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school operates in accordance with licensing standards and promotes partnerships with the community.

Education

The Principal assists in the creation and representation of Everbrook as a premier child care brand, which reflects high business and professional standards. The Principal is responsible for all aspects of effective school operations, ensuring the safety of the children, supervising the school staff, and managing delivery of quality early education programming.

As an Everbrook Principal, you will:
