We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Systems Operations Engineer supporting one of our premier programs within Raytheon, an RTX Business, in the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (SISR) business unit. As part of the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting mission-critical satellite ground system operations. Your experience with operations, troubleshooting, systems integration, and collaboration with government customers and multiple contractor teams will be instrumental in ensuring system availability, operational readiness, and mission success. The work is on-site in Las Cruces, NM.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
