Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily restaurant operations, catering, and special events, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment for residents and staff.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability in evenings and weekends. High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years of similar experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources.
• Clean dish storage.
• Follow sanitation policies at all times.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Open, close and side work assigned.
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
• Report sanitation or janitorial issues.

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher to join our team!

The Latitude Dishwasher is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the overall dining program and execution of all aspects of the culinary experience for the property from daily operation of the restaurant, to catering and special events. The Dishwasher will be responsible for providing an exceptionally clean facility/operation for all residents and team members to enjoy and take pride in. Maintaining and cleaning all area of the operations as required or assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef on a Daily basis. The Dishwasher is expected to adhere to FSR standards and practices and authentically deliver the Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Clean dish storage
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
• Perform opening, closing and side work assigned
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
• Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party

Education

• High school graduate or GED preferred

Experience

• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• 1-2 years prior experience in a similar position

Compensation/Work Schedule
