Job summary

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join our team. Flexible hours with availability during high-volume seasonal periods, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwashing area, cleaning pots and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and back dock to support food preparation and service. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Team player and willing to pitch in to help co-workers.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing area and maintain sanitation of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort/store all clean china, glass and silverware.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside of the area.
• Clean and maintain the dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean it thoroughly.
• Restock clean glasses, silverware and plates.
