Bechtel is seeking a Prime Contracts Administrator for the Millersport, OH project. You will support the prime contract management program and ensure compliance across the project team.

The role reports to the Project Commercial Manager and involves training, variation management, and producing records to substantiate contract matters on a 1.3 GW facility adjacent to a data center campus. Relocation and full-time responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial/contracts.
• Experience managing customer/prime contracts with EPC/Fixed Price terms.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, mining, government, or defence projects.
• Exposure to EPC contract delivery environments.
• Experience supporting change management, claims, or disputes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Prime Contract Management program per contract.
• Highlight risk areas in general terms/conditions.
• Coordinate with project team; document actions and variations.
• Prepare materials, track actions, manage relationships.
• Support changes/variations and timely resolution.
• Develop tools and dashboards for contract compliance.
• Deliver training on prime contract management.
• Communicate effectively on commercial matters.
• Produce contemporaneous records and reports.
