Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Prime Contracts Administrator for the Millersport, OH project to support the Prime Contract Management Program and ensure compliance across project commercial matters. You will prepare variations, track actions, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve contractual issues, drafting correspondence and maintaining contemporaneous records.

The role requires strong experience with EPC contracts, change management, and effective communication within multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Prime Contract Management Program for the project.
• Assess prime contract terms to highlight risks, ambiguities, and deviations.
• Coordinate with project team to document events and process variations.
• Prepare materials and track actions in project meetings to support prime contract administration.
• Support changes/variations and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop tools and processes to support contract compliance and reporting.
• Deliver ongoing training on prime contract management principles to staff.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Draft correspondence, memos, and position papers on commercial matters.
