Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Custody Services professional to provide centralized asset transfer services to Prime Brokerage clients. You will work with client services teams to ensure proper funding and authorization for asset transfers, while resolving complex inquiries and improving processes.

The role emphasizes risk management, control-focused thinking, and collaboration across Global Banking and Markets. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and client services teams in Global Banking and Markets to ensure accounts are funded and proper client authorization is received for all asset transfers.
• Tap into investigative skills to find answers to client queries and solutions for issues daily.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations on cash settlement to minimize settlement delays and impact on firm funding.
• Analyze and improve processes and procedures to reduce risk and repetitive effort.
• Help influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes.
• Develop a detailed understanding of asset transfer mechanics across global markets.
