Job summary

You will analyze and improve processes to reduce risk, present complex information clearly, and collaborate across teams. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in client service are preferred, with strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Prime Brokerage clients and external brokers to settle client trades and resolve trade-related issues.
• Manage a book of clients and develop relationships for best-in-class service across the trade life cycle.
• Apply investigative skills to answer client queries and resolve issues.
• Investigate exceptions in internal records to identify resolution and escalate as needed.
• Analyze and improve processes to reduce risk and eliminate repetitive effort.
• Influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes.
