Responsibilities

• Work directly with Prime Brokerage clients and external brokers to settle trades and resolve issues.
• Maintain a book of clients and develop relationships across the trade life cycle.
• Investigate client queries and provide solutions.
• Identify and escalate exceptions in internal books and records.
• Analyze processes to reduce risk and repetitive effort.
• Influence client behavior to improve operational and service outcomes.
