Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in Texas seeks a CPM Scheduling Analyst to develop Primavera P6 baselines for heavy civil projects. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Estimating, and Operations leadership to translate plans into scheduling logic and field-ready sequences.

You will status schedules, run what-if recovery scenarios, prepare TIAs and fragnets, and present findings to the Division Manager and Leadership Team while carrying forward estimating data into baselines and look-aheads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction scheduling experience in heavy civil projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, bids, and contracts to build schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop Primavera P6 baseline CPM schedules with PMs, Estimating, and Ops leadership.
• Interpret drawings, specs, bids, and contracts to architect schedule structure and sequencing.
• Configure calendars, WBS, activities, logic, durations, milestones, constraints, and coding in P6.
• Embed milestones, procurement workflows, and utility coordination into baselines.
• Produce what-if, recovery, and revision schedules to analyze options.
• Track shifts to critical path, float, and milestones; communicate to project team.
• Carry forward estimating data into baselines and look-ahead plans.
• Prepare TIAs, fragnets, and schedule exhibits for delays and changes.
• Standardize scheduling methods and templates across Core Operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to PMs and leadership.
