Job summary

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Virtual Acute Care team. This role delivers primary care virtually from a home setting, with rotating shifts to cover Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and weekends as needed.

MD CRNP/PA-C licensure is required, with VA and DC licensure obtainable within 1 year. CPR certification is required and 2 years of experience in primary or acute care is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD CRNP/PA-C licensure required; VA and DC licensure within 1 year.
• CPR Certification required.
• 2 years’ experience preferred in primary care or acute/urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care via virtual care center.
• Schedule shifts Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and weekends 8am-5pm.
• Collaborate with Johns Hopkins Health System providers to deliver care.

• Full-time (40 hours) to be scheduled in shifts as a team to cover Mon-Fri 7am-9pm, Sat-Sun 8am-5pm
• CRNP/PA-C Licensure in the State of Maryland required and VA and DC within 1 year
• CPR Certification required.
• 2 years’ experience preferred in primary care or acute/urgent care.
