Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Canton Crossing practice in Baltimore, MD. You will provide primary care as a Hopkins Advanced Practice Provider, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining a balanced schedule with limited night calls.

This role requires Maryland state licensure (CRNP/PA) and CPR certification; 3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CRNP or Physician Assistant license in Maryland required.
• CPR Certification required.
• 3 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care within the Canton Crossing practice as a Hopkins Advanced Practice Provider.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Night call once per month while maintaining regular clinic hours.
