Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or related clinical discipline.
• Independent clinical licensure in Colorado as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or ability to obtain licensure through endorsement.
• 3+ years of clinical experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
• Strong trauma-informed behavioral healthcare understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and recovery goals.
• Utilize trauma-informed and family-systems approaches to treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical and psychosocial assessments.
• Facilitate process, psychoeducational, and therapeutic groups.
• Coordinate discharge and continuing-care recommendations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment interventions when needed.
