Recovery Unplugged seeks a compassionate Primary Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and thorough documentation to support clients on their recovery journey.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and be licensed or licensure-eligible; experience with DSM-5 diagnoses, treatment planning, and case management is preferred.

Formación

• Master's degree and active state licensure or licensure-eligibility.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and case management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services in line with clinical standards.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans as clients progress.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and treatment team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
