Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Certification in substance use disorders (CADC/CAC) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine mental health and substance use treatment needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy (CBT, DBT, IFS) and other modalities.
• Facilitate group therapy for co-occurring disorders and trauma recovery.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and social workers.
