Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years' clinical therapy experience with assessment and treatment.
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Performs biopsychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to understand client needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for various mental health conditions.
• Maintain confidential records and submit documentation within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, case managers, and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and crisis intervention as needed.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and coping.
• All other clinical tasks as assigned.
