Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide individual and group therapy in a residential setting. You’ll utilize CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI while supporting crisis intervention and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

$5000 Sign on Bonus Opportunity paid in two installments at 90 days and 6 months.

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Raymond, IL, Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy using variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI
• Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

• Active CO license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
