Primary Therapist

Omaha, NE | Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM

$30–$42/hourly

Join a leading eating disorder treatment center offering PHP and IOP services for adults. Seeking a Primary Therapist actively licensed in NE as a PLMHP, PCMSW, LMHP, LIMPHP, or LCSW to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Primary Therapist Responsibilities:

• Manage a small caseload (6–7 clients) as a Primary Therapist, PLMHP, PCMSW, LMHP, LIMPHP, LCSW
• Lead individual therapy (2x weekly), groups, and case management
• Support clients through therapeutic meals and milieu-based programming
• Complete timely assessments, documentation, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with referral sources and the clinical team

Primary Therapist Requirements:

• Active NE license: PLMHP, PCMSW, LMHP, LIMPHP, LCSW
• Experience in eating disorders and co-occurring mental health
• Strong group facilitation and clinical skills

Primary Therapist Offerings:

• $30–$42 per hour
• Generous PTO + Paid Holidays
