Mental Health Therapist (LGPC, LMSW, LCMFT)

Remote | Serving Children, Teens, and Young Adults in Maryland

Competitive Pay: $35 - $45 per billable hour (based on license & experience)

We're looking for empathetic, energized, licensed clinicians (LGPC, LMSW, or LCMFT) to join our virtual care team and serve children, teens, and families across Maryland.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individual, family, or group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Provide 24 sessions per week on average from 3p-9p on weekdays and/or on weekends.
• Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and fellow clinicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR.
• Empower families with tools, education, and ongoing support.

Maryland license required:

• Fully licensed: LGPC, LMSW, LGMFT

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a virtual environment.
