Part Time Licensed Clinical Therapist

100% Remote with valid Independent Clinical License in Massachusetts

Description:

This is a Part Time (20-24 total hours / wk), 100% remote position on Monday/Wednesday & Thursday

Hours: Group programming 5:00pm – 8:00pm + flexible individual therapy and admin time

Compensation: $43/hour - $47/hour pending licensure/experience.

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

Summary:

The Virtual Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent.
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
