Job summary

Epiphany Wellness LLC is a state-of-the-art addiction recovery and mental health rehab center in Tennessee seeking a Primary Therapist to determine rehabilitation needs and deliver individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing.

The Therapist will manage a patient caseload, provide group, individual, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and communicate with families, referral sources, and other service providers as needed to support recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee licensure required (LADAC I/II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT); if pending licensure, we still encourage you to apply!
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience is required.
• Master's Degree as specified in the education section.
• Proficient in Google Workspace software preferred.

We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.
