Epiphany Wellness LLC is seeking a Primary Therapist in Hendersonville, TN to provide group and individual therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and coordinate with families and care providers. The role supports clients’ recovery through structured and holistic treatment and requires medical-style case management and documentation.

Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a start-up style environment focused on lasting recovery.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee licensure required (LADAC I/II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT); pending licensure encouraged to apply.
• PHP level of care experience preferred.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field.

We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.

What you will need for this position:

• A minimum of 1 year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience is required.
