The Primary Therapist is a full-time clinician responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services to clients at Healthier You Counseling Center. This role is based in American Fork, UT, with a combination of in-office sessions and flexibility for documentation and telehealth services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring client progress through scheduled therapy sessions, and adjusting interventions as needed. The Primary Therapist will coordinate care with other providers, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and participate in case consultations and team meetings. Additional duties may include providing crisis intervention, offering education and support to clients and families, and adhering to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
