• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction.
• Translates lesson plans into learning experiences to maximize instructional time.
• Maintains standards of pupil behavior and good citizenship for a productive learning environment.
• Evaluates pupil growth, keeps records, and prepares progress reports.
• Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to discuss progress.
• Maintains safe and attractive learning spaces with displays and centers.
• Participates in assessments and school activities as required.
• Arrives at classroom 15 minutes before, stays 15 minutes after school.
