You will have deep expertise in CMBS or structured products to join our team and drive trading strategies, P&L generation, and risk management. The role involves analyzing complex deal structures, loan-level data, and market trends while executing trades and managing positions across conduit and SASB transactions. You will work cross-functionally with structuring, origination, risk, and other internal teams, and maintain strong relationships with investors and counterparties. A strong technical foundation, decisive thinking under pressure, and exceptional communication skills are essential in this fast-paced trading environment.
To be successful as a PrimaryCMBSTraderVice President, you should have:
Deep understanding of CMBS structures, bond math, and prepayment modeling
Proficiency with Bloomberg, Intex, Trepp, and Excel (including VBA)
Experience in commercial real estate finance, credit analysis, or securitization
Knowledge of credit rating methodologies and regulatory frameworks
Series 7, 63 and 79 preferred

This role is located in our New York, New York office.
This role is FINRA regulated.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
