• Degree-level qualification.

• Ability to assess and track pupil progress.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet all learners' needs.
• Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Familiar with safeguarding and pupil welfare.
