The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a minimum of three years' experience in clinical services for adults and geriatrics, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a community-based organization is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform wound care, venipuncture, and manage chronic conditions.
• Critical thinking and interest in population health.
