Job summary

The HealthCare Connection seeks an experienced Primary Care Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical staff and support daily operations across our Ohio clinics. You will coach Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, and other staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and partner with providers to strengthen workflows.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of Ohio.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience, two (2) years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinical staff through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Maintain visible hands-on presence in clinical areas to reinforce best practices.
• Coordinate staffing and daily assignments to ensure patient care continuity.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing practice, triage, and patient concerns.
• Promote safe, consistent care by adhering to protocols and infection prevention.
