Job summary

PACM, Inc. is hiring a Team Lead to manage daily workflow, schedules, and staff within a Medical Practices department. The position is on-site in West Haven and may require occasional travel to Milford and other nearby offices to support operations.

Responsibilities include acting as the point of contact for staff, resolving issues, training employees, and maintaining procedures. Requires a high school diploma and 5 years in a related department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of experience in the department or similar department preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Point person for the department including answering questions and inquiries from employees, patients, etc.
• Resolves daily workflow issues
• Train employees in the department
• Maintain training materials and procedures
• Reminds employees of policy and procedures
