Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide skilled care under provider direction across clinical settings. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and support patient families with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

Travel to regional offices may be required. The role requires CT RN licensure and CPR certification, with prior medical practice experience valued.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and current CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients and their families, formulates nursing plan of care and ensures continuity of patient care through evaluation and intervention.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention in prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Travels to other regional offices, as needed.
