Mercy seeks a Primary Care RN or LPN to join a dedicated care team in Fayetteville, AR. You will partner with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, patient-centered care in a systematic, quality-driven approach.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, you will collaborate with patients and colleagues to drive outcomes aligned with Mercy Service Standards. A state nursing license (RN or LPN) and BLS are required, with additional certifications encouraged where

Qualifikationen

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN or LPN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure where nursing duties are performed and must meet state requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or eligibility within 30 days of hire.

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in collaboration with Mercy Primary Care Providers and the care team.
