Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by providers.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Coordinate patient care activities and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic workflows.
