Job summary

Diversity Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based primary care for Veterans within a VA program. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate services, and supervise nursing staff in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management, with opportunities to contribute to education and quality improvement. A U.S. RN license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in a U.S. state or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with ACEN/CCNE accreditation or equivalent, or eligible for licensure via bridge programs
• Foreign nursing education requires formal degree equivalency validation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting.
• Coordinate services and oversee Licensed Vocational Nurses and nursing assistants.
• Use registries and evidence-based practices to support proactive care and timely evaluation.
• Participate in education, quality improvement, and care coordination across the team
