St. Cloud VA Health Care System is seeking a Primary Care Physician to care for Veterans in St. Cloud, MN.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required or eligible per VA policy.
MD/DO degree from VA-approved school.
Current full and unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
Residency training approved by VA for board eligibility.
English language proficiency (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a team-based setting.
Manage chronic and preventive care, and acute episodes for a male-dominated patient panel.
Participate in huddles, care planning, and PCMM/PACT workflows.
Supervise or collaborate with mid-level providers and participate in peer reviews.
Maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with facility policies.
