The physician will assess and diagnose patients, oversee primary care services, and collaborate with leadership to achieve quality goals within a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data using Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value‑based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. Physicians practice at a single medical center supported by large care teams, allowing providers to focus on quality of care rather than volume of services. The value-based care model is structured around health outcomes, preventive medicine, low hospital admissions, and patient experience.

COMPENSATION

• $174,070-$374,920 base annual salary range
