CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Variable Staffing Pool Physician on a part-time, zero-hour basis. You will provide outpatient primary care to adults and geriatrics, maintain medical records, and manage complex conditions, all while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in our Fort Worth clinics.

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• Participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program is required.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Availability of at least three days per week.
• Direct W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)

Variable Staffing Pool Physician

covering three outpatient clinic locations:

• Home Clinic: CenterWell Camp Bowie, 9108 Camp Bowie West, Fort Worth, TX 76116
• Primarily based at the designated home clinic, with occasional coverage at nearby locations based on business and patient care needs.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $310,000 - $368,500 per year
