Gobravvo, a physician-led primary care organization, seeks a Primary Care Physician to serve a senior patient panel in Atlanta under a value-based care model. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care, strong support staff, and work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care to a panel of approximately 450 senior patients.
• Manage and treat patients with multiple chronic conditions (average 3-5 per patient).
• See 18-22 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
• Work Monday through Friday with last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists such as cardiologists and podiatrists.
• Utilize holistic health services including acupuncture, yoga, and nutrition counseling.
• Coordinate with dedicated support staff for efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record.
