Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care.
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain before employment.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients through wellness coaching and shared decision-making.
