Job summary

Nuvance Health Medical Practice in Brookfield, Connecticut is seeking a full‑time Primary Care Physician for our Brookfield Primary Care Practice. This outpatient role serves adults and pediatrics in a new facility with a state‑of‑the‑art EMR across hospitals and ambulatory sites.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
  • Have completed a Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine AND Pediatric Residency
  • Board Certified or be Board Eligible
  • Experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred but new grads are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care to adults and children (pediatrics) in Brookfield, CT.
  • Work with a team of eight providers and support staff in a long-established practice.
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR across hospitals and ambulatory sites to coordinate care.
  • Enjoy a light on-call schedule with nurse triage and minimal after-hours obligations.
